Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems and structures throughout the facility.
Reports to: Director of Plant Operations
Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, and systems as scheduled or needed. Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external tradespersons. Inspects, tests, and maintains records for all fire risers, sprinklers, extinguishers, fire doors, and other fire/safety-related equipment and systems. Moves items within/between locations and from/to storage.
QualificationsMinimum Education High school diploma or equivalent Required

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable.
